How to switch it on
- Fill in the form below. We’ll check your agency and send you BidAI’s feed details.
- Ask your CRM support team to add “BidAI” as a portal destination for your office (REAXML over SFTP). For Rex, we contact Rex for you.
- Tick BidAI on your auction listings, or set it as the default for auctions.
- We approve your agency and your auctions go live. You can untick a listing or ask us to remove anything at any time.

What does it cost?
Listing your auctions on BidAI is free during the launch period. Some CRMs charge a small one-off fee to add a new portal destination; check with your CRM.
Which listings appear?
Residential, land and rural properties going to auction in the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas. Private treaty, rental and commercial listings are ignored.
How do updates and withdrawals work?
Your CRM sends the full listing every time it changes. Updates appear automatically, and withdrawn, off-market or deleted listings come down straight away. Results move to a recent results section.
Which CRMs are supported?
Any CRM that can send a standard REAXML portal feed by SFTP, including VaultRE, Box+Dice, Agentbox, Rex, Eagle and MyDesktop.
